studylanguaage.com, LLC runs this website and provides business-to-business short-term rental operations services: listing management, booking coordination, guest communication, pricing support and reporting.
2. Fees and client responsibilities
Fees and payment terms are set in the service agreement or invoice. Clients confirm they may lawfully advertise the submitted properties, comply with registration and tax rules, and keep listing data accurate.
3. Personal data, cookies and trackers
We process names, emails, phone numbers and property details to answer enquiries and perform contracts (consent, contract, legitimate interests). Non-essential cookies and trackers run only with informed consent, withdrawable at any time; see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. 4. Consumer rights and complaints

5. Advertising, liability and law
Marketing content is identifiable and not misleading; provider details and these terms are published before any contract is concluded. We are not liable for indirect losses or third-party platform decisions; either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Ukrainian law governs.
